We consider this promise to be in progress. The Clean Air Act is being reviewed and the government is organizing public consultations.

(…) The government is also inviting written submissions about the update to the act and will hold public consultation sessions next month.

Traces of this promise can be found in the mandate letter addressed to the Minister of Environment and Climate Change, Gilles LePage. Mandate letters define ministerial objectives. Therefore, this promise remains an ongoing priority, and we will monitor its implementation.
