JUSTIFICATION

August 2019 - The Veterans Ombudsman’s Annual Report 2017-2018 denounce inacceptable delays in the review of injured veterans’ files (More that 3000 had to wait more than a year).  These long delays in processing Veterans’ files suggests that the government need to do more to attain a higher standard of service.
