In the budget, it is possible to understand that a budget will be allocated to this promise, with the aim of relieving hospital overcrowding.
“During fiscal year 2024-2025, patient-based funding will be deployed, in particular, in the medicine, emergency, neonatal and dialysis sectors // Furthermore, the addition of the medicine, emergency, neonatal and dialysis sectors will relieve hospital congestion and provide faster service to patients”

« Le gouvernement du Québec annonce la création de 100 points de service locaux pour désengorger les hôpitaux. Ceux-ci se déclineront partout en province pour offrir des services de prélèvement, de dépistage et de vaccination.
